Marketing Manager

Creative Cosmetics is a group of companies associated with CUCCIO INTERNATIONAL (USA), a luxury spa product brand supplied to professional beauty salons in Sri Lanka.

We operate a chain of professional nail salons under the NAILSPA by CUCCIO brand, with locations at prominent venues including Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel, ODELS – Colombo 7, One Galle Face Mall, Havelock City Mall, Colombo City Centre, Galle Fort and Nawaloka Aesthetics Negombo.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective B2B and B2C marketing and sales strategies.
• Strengthening brand presence through innovative marketing campaigns, events, and digital promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, spas, distributors, and retail partners.
• Meet sales targets and drive business growth for Cuccio Sri Lanka.
• Collaborate closely with the management and creative teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Professional qualification in marketing. SLIM, CIM or degree level.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• An outgoing personality with the ability to engage and influence clients.
• Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry will be a distinct advantage.
