Salon Manager

• Handling Clients to their fullest satisfaction
• Maintaining the cleanliness of Salon up to the required standards
• Thorough Knowledge of the treatments and newly introduced treatments
• Handling the staff and their rosters, appointments etc to have a smooth operation without any issues
• Knowledge of Product sale and upsell products to cclients
• Mainting a proper discipline among the staff i.e. punctuality and attendance
• Organizational skills to track inventory, create schedules and handle other clerical tasks like emails and submitting reports required by the Management.
• Effective oral communication skills to interact with staff and clients
• Handling the POS system and balancing day to day cash
• Basic knowledge of accounting to track purchasing expenses and work within a budget
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle client complaints and motivate and coach staff
